There are many crunchy vegetables and fruits that you can enjoy eating while making your teeth whiter and your body healthier.

– Simply chew crunchy fruits or vegetables like carrots and celery thoroughly and this will help to scrub off the stains from the surface of your teeth.

#6 Activated Charcoal


Activated charcoal is one of the most common home strategies in making the teeth whiter.
